By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Supercandidate.io, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter these Terms. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Description of Service

Supercandidate.io enables users to upload a CV and job offer details, which the Service processes to create a customized CV in PDF format, optimized for the specified job. Features may include content analysis, keyword optimization, and formatting. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

User Accounts and Responsibilities:

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@supercandidate.io of any unauthorized use. You agree not to use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights, attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service, or use automated tools to access or scrape the Service without permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded CVs, job offer details, and other content. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and modify User Content solely to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with GDPR requirements. You warrant that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights. We retain User Content only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or meet legal obligations, unless you request deletion. User Content is deleted promptly upon request, subject to legal requirements.

Generated CVs

The tailored CV is based on your User Content and our proprietary processes. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Output for personal, non-commercial purposes. We aim to optimize CVs for job applications but do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or other outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing the Output for accuracy before use.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service, including software, algorithms, and branding, belongs to Memnto LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without written consent. Feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the GDPR. We process your personal data based on your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interests, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
